Ummm did this place close??? For the past 3 months every time I was gunna go there they have flags blocking the driveway so you can't pull in. And I was definitely during the times they were supposed to be open. But the outside and inside lights are on. Even the drivethu light is on. Like if your closed simply put a sign out or at least turn off all the lights. Very frustrating when people who own or run businesses then have no clue what their doing or simply don't care. The food industry in wi has been on a steady decline
helpful and easy and friendly and much cleaner than it was before new owners.
I visited a couple weeks ago when they were really busy and they accidentally forgot a few dilly bars in our order. When I called in to let them know, I got a call back from the manager really quickly who apologized and sent us free dilly bar coupons to make up for the ones forgotten as well as an extra box for the inconvenience. We have been here often and always have a great experience but wanted to recognize the manager for going above and beyond to make a less than perfect experience, a great experience to remember. Thank you - we'll be back soon!
