Jeffrey has a reputation for being quick to pick up the phone even after hours! I so appreciate this. He insured my business, cars and home for the last 2 year! When I went to the car dealership, they told me I needed to have a binder to leave with my car that night. Instead of calling Progressive and being putting on hold for 20 min I was able to text him the info for the truck I was buying and he called me right back to see what coverages I needed. 20 min later I had a binder and my ID Cards in my hand! I'm so glad Jeff is doing so well with his new agency!
