Most terrible garage ever. First time I used it instead of parking on the street lot. To start with - you have to stand in a long line just to get in. But then you are at the point of no return so you are kind of stuck. Turns out the reason you can’t get in is because you have to pay up front to a guy who collects payment. Fine but why do long. And it’s more expensive than the garage in Boston next to the opera house that you can actually get in and out because they have a ticket system with kiosks that people use to prepay after they park. Ok so after the show I think everyone already paid and we can just go. But no. I’m sitting in my parking spot for 20 minutes and the line hadn’t moved. How can this be? Never again. Park in the street lots
Very friendly staff, Been using it for years, Handicap spaces works with wheel chairs. Close and out of the weather.Worth the price.

It was so easy to book my spot online and when I arrived valet parked my car right up front so it was a breeze to get out. I will definately book here again for my next event
I don't know if it's the same owner. We parked in the lot beside PPAC garage. Very convenient and efficient. For $20 I get in and out real fast. And to Sakis for quick lunch before going to PPAC across the street.
