I was connected to Bobby from United Parking Valet by my caterer. Due to COVID we had to change our wedding plans and moved the reception to my parent's backyard. We didn't want our guests to have to park in the street as there's really no where to pull off, so our neighbors were kind enough to let us use their driveways. We hired valet so that our guests wouldn't have to walk too far to park their cars. My dad coordinated with them when they arrived to show them the different driveways we could use. The guys were extremely professional and kind and stuck around until the last guests were leaving. I would definitely hire them again!
United Parking helped us manage parking and valet services for a recent day-long event and we couldn't have been happier with their service. Prior to the event, Bobby was responsive, friendly, and competent. The day of, his team arrived on time and well-informed. They worked all day long without complaint and were professional and easy to work with. We would definitely work with United Parking again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.
