(pseudonym used) Our loved one has stayed here for psychiatric help twice recently on 5W. The communication is excellent and staff are very helpful and responsive. Specifically Krista, Molly and Laura were very attentive to our family and loved one’s needs. We appreciate it.
After reading few reviews unfortunately we and my wife did not have good experience. After contacting her doctor with 104 degree temp she advice us to go to the ER once there the waiting time was 32 min after 20 min i ask for blanket for my wife who was shivering and still in pain none was giving and after 45 min i approached the front desk for updates and the lady (Shereen) turn back to face me with hand on the hips with a look ( what you want again ) and tell me she can do nothing for me had to wait .She was not professional not caring not friendly not helping and sound like she does not want to be there or cant wait to go home ...unfortunately she is the front face of the Hospital and first to greed you ...not good. we end up leaving with 104 degree to different hospital and we experienced better greeting helpful caring and understanding stuff . we are switching hospital .
It is one of the worst hospitals in all of Boston I do not recommend it at all the nurses verbally mistreat patients and when we are going to file a claim they do not say anything I do not recommend it better leave that hospital what a shame of a placennIn this hospital they tell you that they are going to call you and they never call you. They are liars. Do not leave anyone in your family in this hospital. They are interested in your money more than the health of their patients.
From the second we walked in to deliver our baby, to the day we left, we felt very much cared for. We couldn’t believe how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. They were incredibly attentive, great with listening to my needs, and really made us feel comfortable. Very happy with our experience!
They have Bad doctors! Went for a back procedure and ended up with a neck problem!! AND they misinform YOU about allot of things! Can never get a call BACK trying to get appointment date and time and they never respond!!! And if you miss your appointment you are out of luck!!! Good Luck with them
