Social distancing is followed. The building is very clean both in and out. The only issue is no free parking anywhere; however, you won't have problem finding paid parking. If you plan on being there the entire day, have $15 on hand, or more if you are going back amd forth.

People on the phone are absolutely rude. Call for information and they act like you're call is the most aggravating thing they've ever had to deal with. Can't believe the state is paying people like that to answer the phones. They treat you unimportant, brush you off and they try to end the call as quickly as possible. This isn't the first time I've had this problem, hence why I'm leaving a review. Calling a representative tomorrow...
