Marlene Colon Toribio EEOC PROJECT DIRECTORnnReconsideration by the CommissionnnDisability Discrimination in the Workplace Discrimination against members of any minority group , whether based on race, color or other classification, occurs when members of such a group are treated differently from other employees, solely because they are among that group.Human being with disabilities are protected from workplace discrimination and entitled to reasonable accommodation. I was wrongfully terminated motivated by malice lost my job because of my disability, who came down with an Illness ,and for contacting corporate/union I have a claim against employer for wrongful termination. Human being did not commit act of misconduct in connection with my work. Employer did not proof that I was discharged for act or acts of misconduct , no creditable testimony or evidence committed act or acts as defined by the law. With certainty thier are violations of my human rights.The law is if your sick by law human beings are not suppose to work.nnI would be more than happy to meet with you be open with me what ever happen to Intergrity, openesss ,accountability, and transparency.nnPlease kindly respond via email.nnThank younnChief CommandernnAll Rights Reserved w/o Prejudice
