There should be a law against what this company does to their customers! This is without a doubt the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! After paying my premiums faithfully, on time I was denied coverage REPEATEDLY by my Doctor and pharmacy! I called multiple time, each time I was assured that the problem was corrected, and it was NOT! At what point does this become criminal? They are taking my premium payment but giving no insurance. Yes, I have my bank statements showing the payments, and yes they acknowledge I have been paying my premium, Tufts just don't seem to be able to authorize even a basic prescription or annual physical! Go anywhere else but this company. If I could rate them NEGATIVE stars if I could. Up your Tufts! I hope you get investigated and shut down for the sham you are running one your customers. I bet your CEO gets a BIG FAT bonus for screwing all of us over!

This company has screwed me over time and time again. They like to deny every claim thrown their way. First was for a necessary knee surgery which I've yet to have because I was informed THE DAY BEFORE that I was denied. Second, they denied an ER visit?? That shouldn't even be possible. Honestly if I could rate negative, I would. Also good luck finding any of your normal doctors in the system. It took MONTHS for my orthopedic to get approved. They need to figure out their issues.

I had ZERO problems with tufts health insurance im not sure what all the negative reviews are but never not once had i ever had to pay a copay , never not once have i had to come out of pocket for any medications and never not ONCE have i ever got DENIED for any visit and thats including xrays and more this is one of the best health insurance companies out there and i had united health and blue cross and TO ME this is THE BEST insirance company out there

I’ve had no problems with my doctors or surgery setups everything is covered I always check before hand
