I order parts from here for my company. Some times I may not be clear on the parts I need or know thier exact name as I'm not an encyclopedia of knowledge on appliance parts. My problem is how rude I am spoken to while trying to explain what I need. I provide as many serial numbers and part numbers as I can obtain to make it easier yet I'm still talked down to and spoken to like I'm a child. You really need to work on your customer service skills half the time I'm not even allowed to get out a full sentence before I'm cut off. If this continues I'll be looking elsewhere for parts.
How does the woman who answers the phone still have a job? I needed the slightest bit of help seeing as this was my first time attempting fixing a refrigerator on my own. What I got was an attitude and long silences like I was wasting her time. My apologies for calling this place as my first choice thinking I could get the SMALLEST bit of information and help.

Great service and knowledge. Prices are comparable to big internet warehouses, definitely worth talking to one of their counter people and paying the extra buck and having the confidence that you getting what you need the first time
Quick and excellent service. Saved a bundle by buying the part (the timing motor on a Kenmore dryer) and fixing it myself. I called before I left home, and they put the part aside for me, so I was in the shop for barely 5 minutes. Thanks so much!
