They are awesome here. This office is very flexible and everyone is always in a good mood and welcoming. Honest fact is I’ve been coming to this exact doctor and exact office since I was a little kid and no I’m in my early 30s. It’s nice to have gone to the same office and have the same doctor I’ve has since I was a child.
Very pleased with the care I received from Dr.Werba. The dentist was fantastic no pain at at all. DR. Werba is always friendly and makes sure you feel very comfortable. The office staff makes sure everything is ok and most all of they have very early morning hours.
Dr.Werba is a great doctor knows what hes doing. So does the spanish lady thats been there for lile 20 years. I've been coming to Dr.Werba since i was small, and the staff they have now very disappointing. Called 2 times to.book an appt and they keep telling me to call back in 20 to 30 min. Unacceptable. Very sad Dr.Werba is going to loose patient due to irresponsible receptionist.
I make my appointment early because I typically wait a very long time. Staff showed up ten minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I still had to wait another 20 minutes before I was seen. Sometimes i go in the room and another patient's information is still up on display with name and everything. When I call to schedule my appointments there's a huge language barrier, they are very rude. When they call to confirm my appointments they do so in spanish. Only coming here until I find somewhere better.
The Doctor is really good but the staff is poorly trained and definitely does not know how to communicate with a patient through the phone. I have been calling and calling and every time they answer they tell me to call back again and then hang up and no longer pick the phone up again.
