Very inconsiderate workers. I work in the area as well and right when it hits 4 there is a train of very rude drivers leaving their lot like a caravan. They have a stop sign in which they NEVER stop at. Not safe at all. Please send out a notice enforcing that although you cant do anything after your employees clock out, you should be mindful you are still on your employers property and should follow the LAW. No one is above it. Not even if you work for the city.

Antiquated on-line payment system that does not alert you to an error when you type in your information- ALL of it- every month, unlike other utilities with online payment systems that save your information to avoid errors and make it easy to pay online. No response to emails from customer service. Customer service email address incorrect on the website. Instead of having the email address in a place where it can be all on one line, they have hyphenated it, making it look like you need to put in the hyphen, which of course does not allow any email to be sent. Non-existent customer service.

Once I had to called their attention about not receiving my paper statement to pay my bill. I don't and never asked for paper less. Also, I don't understand why the employees of Providence Water / Water Supply Board are so miserables when they they have good salaries, the best benefits, including longevities, sick days better than any other places, they get out of their desks on working time, to go to their banks or to go get coffee at Dunkin Donuts, working on the streets, they sleep in the trucks, especially in Scituate at Water Supply Board. Everytime, you approach them for any reason, they look at you with an expression they want to kill you because you are bothering them, I really don't understand. They are constantly stabbing each other, all the time throwing each other under the bus. I guess all of this gives them lots of pleasure.

Water was shut off with no notice and I had to scramble to get it back on. I called to discuss and the lady I spoke with was nice and helpful. She explained why it happened. Instead of blowing up on her and getting all mad I decided to listen to her and take her suggestions so as not to allow this to happen again. The water company has a procedure they follow and if you don't want the headache, be sure to pay something and call them so they know you are trying. Can't go months without paying something and then be mad when it gets shut off. Lesson learned.
