When I had water damage on my rental property in Warren, RI. I called Action Public Adjusters based solely off their positive Google reviews. And after having dealt with them myself, I can see why the feedback is so great!nnThe adjuster assigned was Mike, who was able to come out to the property within days of me contacting them. He was on time, and very professional. He assessed the damages and said he'd be in touchnnI was contacted again a few days later with a date to meet him back there with the insurance adjuster. Mike knew exactly how to talk to the insurance adjuster, and ultimately it showed in my payout.nnWithin 2 weeks after the insurance company came out, I got a call from William at Action Public Adjusters, saying that they had a check ready for me!nnThey were able to get me an amount that will indefinitely be able to cover the loss / damages at my rental property. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, punctuality, and diligence in getting me the absolute most amount possible for my claim. I will definitely be referring them to anyone I know who has to deal with the unfortunate struggle of a property claim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

After waking up to a kitchen flood, I immediately realized I had a huge mess to clean up far beyond my abilities. After having the water cleaned up, and the dry out process started, it was highly recommended to call Action Public Adjusters, and I am glad I did.nnBilly Jr. came right out to my home and assessed the damages. He explained the claims process, and all that was involved in order to get my kitchen restored. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions throughout the claims process. I have no doubt that had it not been for his representation during my time of need, I wouldn't be cooking in my brand new kitchen tonight.nnI strongly encourage anyone who is experiencing a disaster in their home to not panic, but rather call Action Public Adjusters and let them take care of everything for you and or your family.

If you, unfortunately, have a house fire as we did, I strongly recommend that you get in touch with Mr L'europa. He made a very tough situation easy. Our insurance company was not responding quickly after the fire and we were encouraged to hire a Public Adjuster to help.nThey took on our case and did all the leg work and paper work. We received a settlement that pretty much covered all of our damages.nBest decision we could have made.nThank you Bill & Staff
