Terrific service with our hornet problem! Above and beyond service!
I called for a yellow jacket nest removal and it hit all the notes for me. Someone picked up when I called, provided a date and time at the time of the call, and showed up on time.nnOn the day of the service, Big Tom called before he came. Upon arrival, he introduced himself, explained the process for the removal of the yellow jacket nest, and what to expect in the days to come. After Big Tom executed removal, he checked the rest of my property for issues and wrapped up. Just had my first interaction with Fox Pest Control. Long story short, one of the most polite, professional organizations I have dealt with for my home needs. I was going to miss the front part of my service window and they were completely accommodating. My technician Benjamin was a consummate professional. Although they are slightly more expensive than their competitors, IT SEEMS TO BE WORTH EVERY CENT!!!
