I had a STAT CT-Angiogram scheduled on a Saturday for Monday morning because they had no available appointments over the weekend. 10 minutes prior to my arrival time, they inform me that they can’t do it there b/c I have exercise induced asthma and anaphylaxis to bee stings. She stated this is because the test was “scheduled on the weekend”. Shouldn’t the entire schedules department be on the same page? Now I’m missing an entire day of work so can go to a hospital to get this done. Don’t waste your time with incompetence. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had a CAT Scan done at this location, I had a positive experience there. They are doing his job following the CDC Guideless for Covid-19. They told me to wait in my car they send me a link with a Covid-19 questionnaire and once sent they called me to go inside. The exam was really quick, the staff was courteous and polite. and I felt safe at every moment that I stayed there.

I took their service on February, my doctor sent me there, and this is June. I got a mail from collector saying that my payment is due and the amount was less than $100. When I called them they said they sent me three mails about the payment but I don't remember those mails in my mailbox. Feb, Mar, Apr, May (4 months = almost 120 days) and before sending the collector it should be 90 days past date they said that. I didn't understand their calculation as well. I will never ever go to that center any more. I am really upset with this.

My doctor sent me to this place. My co pay was $700 for a cat scan. I lost my job right after finding out the poor news from CT scan. I dont have any money to pay this place. I asked them if they have anyhard ship program but yet to be told. Instead they are sending to a collection agency. Now a lawyer is going to take me to court most likely. I wish i never went to this place. Should have went to RI hospital where they have hardship programs. This place is heartless.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly here. The nurse who performed my mammogram (her name was Laura, too) was awesome, and patiently answered all my questions, even showing me in detail how the machine worked and how doctors evaluate the images taken. I'd highly recommend this facility. I didn't have to wait at all, either!
