The daytime staff is decent and helpful. The skinny guy on the cellphone who works overnight is absolutely the laziest, worst store worker I've ever seen in my life. Everyone in Brighton knows and speaks about him yet the store doesn't fire him. Sometimes you walk in there late at night and there is no one at the counter and that's because he is in some back room on a personal call. He is on the phone the entire shift every day and won't even acknowledge your presence...let alone put your groceries in a bag. He is horrible.

Rude employees that overcharge on items that are supposed to be on sale--noted with a price tag--and an unwillingness to recognize their error. Either change the tags or ring people up at the right price that is advertised. Being treated with hostility for pointing this out just means I'll hit up literally any other convenience store nearby for the same products and presumably, prices that match what they're labelled.

Guy in the store with no mask on at the counter for 15 minutes buying lottery no employees said a single word to him, or helped any of the other customers waiting in line. This store is garbage and does not care about people's health or safety.

Went in to buy a Charlie card... Person at the register did not know how to work the machine and could not help me. Highly disappointing because I walked a mile to get here and wasted my time.
