How are you doing to going to have someone’s truck in your shop for transmission work and have payment plan with them and let somebody you don’t know just because they say they know them pay off the work and parts and hand them the keys when they are not on the agreement.... poor management and employees. I will never use your company and I will never suggest your company to anyone.

No one wants to have to transmission work done on a car. Thankfully, a Google search lead me to Preferred Transmission. Dean, the owner, was extremely helpful and professional with the process. A tow truck was sent to our house within a day to get the car. The business has earned the many other positive reviews.
