Great place. Honest business. Always buy my batteries here.
You walk in the office, tell them you think you need a new battery, they tell you to pull in the garage and pop the hood, they run a quick check and if your old battery is bad, one guy replaces it while the other takes your data and runs your credit card in the office and then tells you to go back to the garage to hop in and drive away. They only seem to do batteries but it couldn't be easier.
Fast Friendly service and exceptional prices best service ever
Needed a battery for a 2006 Honda Accord V6. $107 for a 640CCA battery with a three year warranty. In and out in literally less than 10min. Incredible as Auto Zone and Advanced we all around $175 for the same specs.nnFriendly, priced right and quick service. Thanks!
They installed the wrong size battery and argued with me even though it did not fit. I had to show them the correct size battery listed on Deka's website. There book was a misprint but they insisted it was the correct battery even though it was taller and you could not attach the hold down properly and my engine cover would not go back on because battery was to high. Once they put the correct battery in it fit like it was supposed to. They still wanted to argue expeccially Jack and the young kid.nnA bit of advice to The Battery House- Do not argue with your customer especially when you are wrong.nnHere is a picture of the battery they installed and they thought it was OK that it did not fit otherwise they would have said hmmm doesn't fit, maybe it is the wrong battery. But they stuffed it in there and it was not even secure.nnI have been going here for years and never had a problem with product or arguing employees.nnI will find another Deka supplier next time. Got a big golf cart battery purchase coming up but unfortunately will have to go somewhere else.
