We became stranded at our hotel because our car would not start. And we unfortunately are almost 4 hours from home. My husband called this business up, and not only did they come pick up the car and take it to their shop, they came back to our hotel and picked up my husband. Now this is what I call above and beyond customer service!!!! Thank you so very much!

I can not say enough about how kind and thorough this establishment was. My family and I were heading to Cambridge from Cleveland, when our car started shaking and clunking. My mother had just picked up her car the day before (she had her breaks replaced).nnWe stopped at Dickerhoof’s and they fit us in right then and there. There was a swing set for the kids and everyone was incredibly friendly.nnWhen we headed back on the highway, the car drove beautifully and sounded great.nnI will make the hour drive to come back in the future!nnThank you guys - you literally saved our lives!
