Rude, arrogant and uncaring man in Hudson. I pay for 9 family memberships. Had an issue with my son’s membership when we moved back to Ohio. New to the area I went to the Hudson location in person. His first comment when I showed him the letter was. “You don’t belong here” I am not kidding. It all went down hill from there.nEvidently Streetsboro AAA people are not allowed in the Hudson office. However, they did sell my wife over $200.00 worth of gift cards during the holidays. Hmm They can take your money but don’t ask for a little help because “You don’t belong here”
Need to update the services of AAA to be more relevant to younger drivers....still living in trip tic days.
