After our former cleaners closed, we started using D. O. Summers Cleaners in Hudson. We take in and pick up our cleaning rather than using pick-up and delivery. We have been very happy with the quality of the cleaning and the care of our clothing.They use many different types of hangers and other devices for specific types of clothing. We typically see Jason when we drop off and pick up our cleaning. He is very courteous and always gives great service with a smile. He is very helpful with suggestions for cleaning tough stains. You cannot go wrong with D. O. Summers in Hudson!

D.O. Summers Hudson has done a consistently excellent job on our laundry and dry cleaning for a number of years now. The staff members we have worked with have all been friendly and efficient. Jason is the person we have seen most often and it is clear that he sets the standard for the store: he is attentive to our needs and has proven to be very competent in understanding and handling properly the (infrequent but important) unusual or problem cleaning challenges presented to him. He, and the store, have handled our business very professionally and capably, which keeps us coming back!

I starting using D.O Summers about a month or two ago as this location is conveniently located near my office. Their staff is superb and the quality of the cleaning is great. All of the staff is extremely friendly and efficient. My wife and I most recently worked with Jason and he was extremely courteous and did a great job of getting us in and out!

Since relocating back to Hudson two years ago, I have used the D.O. Summers Cleaners here in town. What stands out is their customer service. In particular, Jason has typically been the gentlemen I see most often. His customer service and the quality of care and attention to detail is outstanding! I can not say enough about Jason and the quality of service I consistently receive from Jason and D.O. Summers Cleaners.

It's not often when you go to a place of busy where they take time to learn your name and demonstrate that your not just another customer. Every time I pick up my Laundry Jason calls me by name, engages me in a conversation and gets my Dry Cleaning without looking up my information. Customer Service is five stars.
