Attentive front desk that listens when you talk. As a woman who knows a bit about cars, it's nice to be treated well. I hate having to call out an employee who tries to pull the wool over my eyes. I've been here a few times and will continue to give them my business.
Very helpful. Was willing to buy 4 new tires but they were honest and told me I didn't need to, just needed a little maintenance.

New store - offered me a very competitive price on two new front tires for my minivan, so I thought I try it out (early June, 2020).nnWent back a month later when I realized that they had accidentally cross-threaded one of the nuts on the wheel stud, stripping the bolt. They couldn't have been more helpful and polite - installed a brand new stud ($100 job) for free in about 25 minutes. Responsive, professional, and took full responsibility for the error. Mistakes are bound to happen - how a business responds shows a company's true values. I was impressed, and will continue to use this location (have four vehicles).
