Not sure why Carl refused to do service on a car that he had previously did the same service on. Not very professional if you ask me. Not like it’s a hard repair either. Expected to be harassed by whoever responds to these now. It’s a shame cause they were nice people but I guess they switched up or don’t want to take response their work (updated response to owner)its funny cause I knew you were going to take it out on me. Why are you so defensive if you did nothing wrong? I didn’t ask you to warranty it I was trying to give you business to replace it. How is it such a small job that you have to drop the motor? You probably just don’t know how to do it and your afraid that it was your own mistake. The car is gone now it’s just funny that your so petty.

More than satisfied! My daughter was leaving for out of state and needed an oil pan. They checked the car over and found she needed more than just that. They really took the time to make sure everything was safe and sound for her long drive. Thank you so much.

Carl and Shannon are great. Best guys to work work on your gas or diesel engine... They keep my Freightliner and Chevy truck going. Love these guys.
