The staff here are wonderful. They handled everything with great taste, respect, and compassion.
My dad was to be buried today and when we got to the cemetery there was no tent, no chairs and no representative available upon contacting the funeral home we discovered no one contacted the cemetery and no one knew where my mother's grave was, my dad's remains had to be taken home, I feel very let down and disappointed, we have used the funeral home many times and was extremely pleased, today was disappointing
The people at Herman-Karlovetz have been great to work with.
