Brad who is Commercial Division Manager is the best. Answer all my emails fast and was honest about the work I would need or not. Price was very affordable and I didn’t have to wait long for them to come out. Patrick who did the work at the house was amazing as well. Went out of his way to make sure we was 100 percent happy.nThis company get a rating of A++ from me!!

NW Pest Control has been great to work with!! Their techs are always kind, prompt & professional. They are thoughtful in their approach & great about giving options when available for safe pest removal & it puts us at ease knowing they always follow the best industry practices. We just had John come out to preform safe bat removal & he went above & beyond to ensure he had done the best job possible! He answered lots of questions with kindness & respect & he genuinely cares for these creatures & making sure he did a great job for us & them! I highly recommend them!

After over a year, our problem has only gotten worse. Very laid back approach to things doesn't help.
