Paid a lot for a little area. Did not smell like they used deodorizer or shampoo still have stain on carpet. It took literally 20 mins for 160.00
I had my local Stanley steemer come and shampoo my carpets. They did an excellent job no complaints there. After they were done I asked about air duct cleaning and they referred me to Columbus. they said several times that Columbus will come and clean my air ducts because they do not have the equipment. Well corporate says that's not true and will not send anyone here. Because it's across there lines of service. Which is complete opposite of what I was told.
Had our carpets cleaned a week ago and they look amazing! Very friendly and fast!
Dottie and Mike did a great job. I had cleared all the smaller items out of the areas to be cleaned. They moved all the bigger items. They were on time, professional, and got right to work. I am very pleased with the results. Dottie even explained how to keep my flooring clean longer.
