I would not Recommend smalls funeral home to anyone. Ed Smalls is very rude Disrespectful & unprofessional he can careless about your loss of your love one he shows it with the way he looks at you & the way he treat everyone he is very Arrogant & has a Horrible nasty attitude he will rush your love one funeral he wants to get it done & over wit In less time then what you paid for . He should be ashamed of his self they way he treats people .. he Definitely let you know that its all about the money he doesn’t even smile he looks at you really mean during the whole funeral the man is horrible
Our experience was wonderful! Smalls funeral services came to Virginia to pick up our loved one. The casket was beautiful as well! Our mother was so beautiful, it was as if she were asleep. Very professional and empathic in our time of sorrow. Thank you for your polite services.
