Best CrossFit in the valley! Very friendly and knowledgeable coaches. They work hard to make sure you understand the purpose of each movement and how to modify it to your level.
Amazing place and people. A fun place to be at.
Great gym with a fun atmosphere. I am from out of town and attended Spearhead as a “drop-in”. The coaches were really helpful and accommodating. All the members were very friendly, welcoming and came up and introduced themselves. Thanks again for the great workout!
New to town and only here for 10 weeks. They were all so welcoming and accommodating with my schedule. I would highly recommend this friendly, clean, amazing gym! If I come back to SLC I will definitely go back!
My wife has been coming to Spearhead for a little over a year and I finally decided I was missing out on all the fun and joined her. Amazing gym with great coaches and folks who push me while also allowing me to modify things if I'm not quite there yet. I had impressions of Crossfit as a place where people my age go to get hurt, and at Spearhead there is a clear emphasis on doing movements correctly, not on jacking as much weight as you possibly can regardless of form. That being said, I also appreciate that there are plenty of people at Spearhead who can lift heavy - so if that's what you're looking for you'll find it. Lastly, it seems like everyone is legitimately friends - great environment to get stronger, check it out.
