They were great. I was moving into a new place and was on a tight schedule as far as getting carpeting cleaned before furniture was in. He worked me into his schedule to make sure that happened.
Jerry did an excellent job cleaning our sectional. He was very thorough and you could tell he cared. I will be a customer for life.
Always a pleasure to work with Jerry! He does an excellent job on our kid-loved carpets. We've had them done twice now (once a year) and even our wool rug in the dining area comes out really great! With 5 kids in the house we have spills everyday, and I'm amazed how great they look when Jerry leaves. He takes his time and even sees stains that I myself overlooked. I appreciate it!
I had Chem Dry of Summit and Cuyahoga out to clean my carpets and they turned out wonderful! I had a stain on my rug that I thought would never come clean and they removed it with no problems! I would definitely suggest using them for your carpet and furniture. Also, they cleaned my tile a while ago and I never new it could look so clean. A great company to say the least!
My carpets look brand new. I will never use another service. Prices were exactly what I was quoted and he threw in some extra spot cleaning. My carpets were dry within 4 hours. Thank you!!!
