Hannah and Santana are absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming! I was sad to see the Mentor store close... but, found my new Zales in Aurora. I cannot say enough good things! I would definitely recommend Zales to anyone...and ask for Hannah and Santana!

The new store manager Brooke is very nice and understanding, and seemed to really care about what I wanted and to stay in my budget. She had Juliana help me and she was awesome! I would definitely shop at this Zales again, and will be doing so in the future!
