This store is always at the top of my list of favorites to go into. Whether it's to purchase something or just shop around the staff is always so warm and willing to help.. the family dynamic that this location has is what I love most. You are never treated like an inconvenience or like a dollar sign that's walking around. They are honest and fair they help each other out without attitude and make you feel welcome. They are not pushy and help you find what your looking for in your price range without being unrealistic. They offer options and make you aware of all the plans as well as savings that are happening in the store. This is why I love this location and I will continue to keep coming back and spending money with them!!!! Love the staff!!!!!
We spent an hour or so picking out my new bridal set. We were treated so well! There's a mother/son duo working here that are just awesome people. We worked with the son, Sam. He was so patient & friendly. He wasn't pushy or manipulative like most sales people are trained to be. He let me try things on & go back & forth between ring cases. Lol.nThank you so much! We'll definitely use them for future jewelry purchases.
