Tony was wonderful, he made sure I was taken care of and educated me about what services I had and what I will need in the future. My car was in and out.
I live a block away and this is on my way to the highway but the worker who drives the Subaru wagon is gone for long periods of time and the gas pump wont start till he approves it. The last of several stops i saw 7 customers drive off. We all had a good bonding though about how this sucks.
I once worked at this gas station, now I come to refuel my car :)
Beyond frustrated because I work up the street and had gone on break so I can quickly put gas and no clerk was there so I can pay, I lingered around for 10 mins and clerk never came back from bathroom so I was forced to drive to the other side of town so I can put gas. As a result I ended up being 7 mins late coming back from break. Worst customer service will never return.
I get my gas there on a regular basis. Never really a Wait. State inspection station always busy never really a wait either. Never tried their auto repair as there has never been a need. Knock on wood? I would recommend this place. Customer service is pretty good for what I use it for.
