The machines are broken and the place is no longer taken care of. If you lose money in their machines, good luck contacting management. They must not read the comments in their comment box before putting them in the trash.
Machines out of service with no signs, no number to call and no refund papers left to fill out. This bad review cost me $1.75, save your money and go somewhere the tenant cares about customers.
Overpriced and not maintained well.
Okay, shocked this place has been in business so long. Within minutes of being here my and my children were purple in the face and dripping sweat. I was starting to get dizzy. It was an absolute sauna. It says 86, but it felt over 100.nnI went with a roll of quarters expecting to at least be able to do a few loads of laundry. This is rural Ohio not San Fransisco. 16 quarters? 4 dollars for a washing machine 1/2 the size of a normal load of Laundry? You are out of your mind. I could buy a washing machine for the amount of money it would take me to do laundry for a family of six here.nnIf I stayed any longer my kids and I would have had heat stroke. You should pay me to do my laundry there. Terrible. Never going back.
