I've been a loyal customer for four years. Not the same since Roberto left. Bad attitude from the main everyday guy now. He seems over worked.
My usual mechanic was closed today, so I stopped in and am quite happy I did! Guillermo did a quick and efficient job, was super nice along with the rest of the guys, price was very reasonable, and they changed a tail light bulb for me at no charge. I'll be back (hopefully, not soon!)! Thanks guys, keep it up!
Great customer care from chuchu. Am a direct care support staff and during this period of Covid 19 , my car had some mechanical issues and I was directed to this place and when I reached one guy said they could check my car and see but they could not work on it because they were busy. But to my surprise one guy came and said he was going to work on it because i was putting on my uniform and he did me a great work and was able to go to my work. Thanks chuchu.
Guillermo is an excellent mechanic, is very personable, and very honest about what needs to be done. He tends to stick to his quotes, too. He's definitely upholding a respectable reputation for his trade. Recommend!
I've brought my car here a number of times and the service is always professional, fast and very reasonably priced. They also do a great job explaining what they're doing and why.
