Second time going here and I've had nothing but awesome experiences. Was called because appointment I scheduled was already booked and person on the phone helped me to find a time and day that worked. Arrived 10 minutes early and they took me before I even walked in the door. Windshield repair was done in exactly an hour and I got a text and a call confirming. When I walked in, I took my keys and receipt and that was it. Absolutely seamless and a joy to work with them.

They replaced my windshield. They took my car as soon as I pulled in, in a half hour it was done. Fast friendly service.nEasiest thing I have ever done.

I had a lot of trouble with replacement windshields with my Jeep. After going through 4 new windshields Andres at the Waltham location finally got it right! Andres was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable and was able to get me better glass and a new cowl to ensure a good fit and resolve highway noise. He even dropped my car back off at my work for me. Great customer service, love Andres, highly recommend!
