My engine light had been coming on and off for years. I had been told by the dealership I needed a new catalytic converter. However I lived in SC where there is no inspection so until I moved back north I let it go. I heard good reviews about Lou’s so I saw them. They did not Talk about changing it out until we tried other less expensive options like Cataclean Exhaust cleaner. (Which worked for awhile) When there wasn’t any other fix they did my catalytic converter at a more reasonable price then the dealer. They were wonderful to work with. We will use them again for some of their other services.Thanks to the personable and knowledgeable team there!

I recently had Lou's Custom Exhaust in Waltham do a major job on my Toyota truck. My cylinder one misfire turned out to be a leaking head gasket. Brian and Will at Lou's did an outstanding job. They gave me a competitive and reasonable estimate and completed the highly technical job without a hitch. Brian kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and completed it in just a few days. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I'm an ex mechanic who understood the job and he was always professional with his recommendations and work.
