My relationship with Sullivan is love/hate relationship. Last year I had some work done in my car for a total of $4200( brakes, rotors, tires, motor fan etc) in Somerville. The tech fixed the wire in my trunk but in the process damage my rear camera harness. They made me purchase a new one while it was their fault.nnLast month (Waltham) I had my battery changed. They were supposed to reset the vehicle ( manually at least). The said they did but there is a apply foot brake and park brake message displaying on the dashboard and its making a beeping noise when driving. I was told that all my brakes cable.are coroded and needed to get all them replaced for a total of $3000. How come when I did my brakes last year there was no problem of sort. I changed my battery at goodyear prior and had no problem.nnI don't know what's the deal with Sullivan but they seem to conveniently always find something wrong with your car.nnMy last visit left a sour taste in my mouth. Am never going back to Sullivan. I have had it.

The team got me in for a state inspection on short notice. They found my wiper blades were worn and I had them replace them. The staff was friendly and they made me feel welcome. Recommended!

On the way, the tire began to deflate, while checking the guys found 3 self-tapping screws. The specialists quickly restored the tire to its normal condition literally within an hour.

Thanks to Dan and his team for reaching out and pulling in my appointment, providing pickup and drop off service for my truck, executing a thorough inspection and fixing several lingering troublesome issues. The service was completed as promised, an on time. Great job! Great Service!

Not good -drop tire off, two day sat there with not being touched. Not good business.
