Well even though they are always backed up an behind! They answer all your questions an concern's. It's a very beautiful building!! I don't want to be there cause it's not good if you are going to court usually, but it's a still a beautiful place too look at if u do have to be there!!!

Judge Bethany Smith needs to retire. Very one sided and just ruins single fathers lives. The poster says it all before you walk into her court. What a disgrace of a justice system.

Where do I begin. I am involved in a case, 17CR0051 and working Pro-Se, which means I am representing myself! Let me begin with the FRAUD. Yes, the fraud that circles in this alleged justice system. I send my son to the Clerk of the Courts to file documents on my behalf. For example, to file an affidavit, you must file it with a motion. The clerk will refuse to file the motion or she will refuse to file the affidavit, which then the judge will say, you did not follow procedure. There are options, I could file a Writ of mandamus. But this is YOUR TAX DOLLAR... AT WASTE! If you knew the waste of tax dollars that occur at the state level in this alleged justice system you would vote EVERY public official OUT!nnI am dealing with court transcripts that are tampered with. The motions I file are tampered with. Here is the best part, the judgement entries filed with the clerk of courts are not the documents I signed in court, they are forged, because the terms and conditions changed after the session ended.nnThe judge is aware that the assistant prosecutor made false statements on the record to prevent a judgement, which is called Fraud in use to procure a judgement... What does the judge do! He continues to build on the fraudulent statements and refuses to correct the record!nnWhy am I writing this! Who else is there to tell? Laughing as hard as I can. I stand alone in this and I fear not! Because there is a higher power and he is guiding me through it all. So I am writing this to leave helpful hints for those who will come after me! I am dealing with racial discrimination, that is so in your face, that they don't bother to correct the information before they decide to commit fraud. Here is an example. The judge met with someone involved in the case, without my presence and It's illegal. In court transcripts evidence was presented and documented on the record. I fired my attorney. Now, I want to see this evidence documented on the record. The assistant prosecutor states she does not have such evidence! That is a Brady Violation, to cover-up FRAUD! Now that I do not have an attorney, I can challenge the evidence. When I had an attorney, there was no challenge. If you have ever been in the Court of Common Pleas, then you know how this works! It's all FRAUD people. My question to you, What will you do when this fraud knocks on your door! Never say never! I spent 15 years in college and over $200,000 on my education and for what to be surrounded by... I'll plead the fifth on that!nNo, I invested that kind of time and money to be great! And greatness is a gift that one must work, and work hard to doge all the fraud coming out of the Court of Common Pleas and the Clerk of the Courts! Because it is fraud to refuse to file a Defendant's motions!
