Perfect Fit Alterations

Work was very good and done on time. However all I had done was have a dress hemed and was $37. I have never had an alteration done and probably won't ever again, never expected it to cost more than dress.

We are always pleased with our alterations at Perfect Fit on Heatherdowns (right by Reynolds). She makes sure that she knows exactly which shoes will be worn with formal dresses for me for events or for my daughter for her proms. We had a very difficult task for her once with a sequined gown and she did a marvelous job. We always choose Perfect Fit!

Waited 35 minutes past their opening time and no one ever opened the store up. If their work is anything like their punctuality, I'm glad I went somewhere else to have my work done

I have never had a garment professionally altered, but the price did seem high. However, it was a rush job and that could have come into play. A few things that stand out for me about my experience is, first the woman working the counter was too busy typing or playing a game on her phone to attend to me when I first walked in. I seriously stood there for a good 15 seconds why she did her thing. She then told me to put the garment on then I had to wait for her to stop playing on her phone again.nnNext, I was told the wrong business hours for when I could pick the garment up. I had to be at my event by 1:00 PM and was told they did not open until 10:00 AM, when they are actually opened at 9:00 AM. That makes a big difference when rushing around and trying to be some place.nnFinally, I have a friend who is a professional upholster and anytime she is cutting or altering a fabric she irons out the wrinkles in the garment. When I picked my garment up it was wrinkled and maybe I made the assumption that it would have been ironed, but because I was rushing to grab garment and get to my event, I was lucky the location happen to have a makeshift iron board and iron handy. Otherwise my garment would have been wrinkled like it just came out of the package. They got the job done, but need to work on their customer service and setting expectations to the clients.

Took a pair of suit pants to get some stitching mended. Thought it would take days to get back, but got my pants back in 5 or 10 minutes.
