Kristen not only got everything switched over to our new location choice, but she also managed to get us upgraded to a Butler suite for no additional charges.nnFor our second vacation, I became pregnant not once, but twice. She helped us navigate new reservations each time. This last time took more work than expected, but she did it all without complaint and even offered to meet me at my home to drop off paperwork we needed since I have two littles now.
