This company was so amazing they came right out to help me and fixed issues with the outdoor electrical unit! I actually can't believe how prompt they were how attentive to me they were it made me feel not alone in my hour of desperate need for help. They didn't charge outrageous prices they actually cared about me and my situation and took time to do the job so amazingly well I cannot believe that there are human beings as wonderful as them!

Called Dad Patchen after multiple members of neighbor group personally recommended them for any electrical need. I was not disappointed. Called and spoke to someone and they came out the same day. The electric magician was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, quick, and honest. Was able to fix our major issue with a ground wire as well as fixing an incorrectly installed dimming light switch and replaced a plug that randomly stopped working. The cost of the repair was less than we anticipated. I felt that we got more than what we paid for and that we were valued as a customer. The company vehicles have “no job to big or small”. Don’t waste your time or money with any other company in the city, call Dad Patchen for all your electric needs!

We purchased an electric hot water tank after having a gas one and needed wiring run from the breaker panel to the tank. My husband called to schedule an appointment and was given a date, but not a time. He received a call stating that someone was on the way on the day that he was given. Someone arrived around 1pm and looked under our mobile home and then stood around waiting for the other guy to arrive, which took about another hour or so. We were pleased with the work once they eventually completed it, but when asked what our bill was we couldn't get an answer or even an estimate prior to them leaving. The owner handed my husband a receipt with a list of the work done and there was no amount listed or even an quote of how much they charge per hour or anything. The work was done on September 8, 2020 and the receipt that we eventually received about 2 weeks later was dated September 11, 2020 and the due date was September 26, 2020. my problem with the whole thing is that we never were told what the rate is per hour or price for running the wiring. Tell us something instead of leaving and waiting weeks before we know what we're being charged.

Very pleasant experience they were very professional and the quality of work was excellent. We were very pleased and would use their services again.
