Very dissatisfied with the service my wife and I received here. We came in knowing the dimensions of the space that we needed carpeted. Since we’ve had spaces carpeted before we had an idea of what the cost should be, which we were thinking roughly $1400 max. This gentleman came back with a price of $2200 too carpet a 17x14 room and a flight of stairs!nI begin to explain to the gentleman that I once had a whole basement carpeted for that price and I cannot believe just one room would be that much. He was not trying to hear me at all, and became loud with us.nThe next day I went to another reputable carpet establishment, gave him the same dimensions and received a quote with pad, installed including tax for $1000! BUYER BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING JAMIE’S CARPET!

The experience was horrible. I came in picked out carpet with Dave who was pleasant to work with. The following day I went in talked with Mark to pay for my carpet and this is how it went. I paid for carpet told Mark my guys could come cut it and pick it up ASAP. He explained they had a guy coming that day 1-3pm to cut my carpet down to size and it will be ready by the morning. Now when my guys go to pick it up Mark gets real nasty with my guys. Giving them attitude saying he already told us it won’t be here till 12:30-1 which never happened. I find it very unprofessional the customer service skills this guy had. Also don’t make promises just to get a payment because now I’ll tell everyone don’t deal with you guys I could’ve visited a different location or should’ve went right to Home Depot.

My name is Liz Sadowski and I have to say how VERY unhappy we are with Jamie's!!! We got new carpet about 4 1/2 yrs ago, and just about year 2 our carpet started falling apart. It's horribly frayed at all the seams and where the metal strips are, and the installation was so amateurish that the carpet is wrinkled everywhere!! We take full responsibility for the snags, as we have a dog, but the carpet shouldn't be in any where near the condition it is now! Now we have to get all new carpeting after spending $2000 00! Jamie's should be ashamed!!
