Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I called Smink Electric to replace two outlets and run a third outlet in my rental property. Nick was the electrician I dealt with. First he was over an hour late to show up to give me the quote. I was willing to forgive that, but my time is valuable. The quote was very much on the high side, but it's a lot of work. Well low and behold 12 hours from the time we had scheduled I get a text message from Nick saying they are not coming. Big shocker I had to chase them to get the quote then had to chase them to get it scheduled. I thought I was getting someone who was going to be professional boy was I wrong. Should have known better when he couldn't show up to give me the quote on time. I took off work so I could be there when they were doing the work. Well now I will have to look for someone who can keep their word. Couldn't even be bothered to call me they send me a text message at 8pm at night telling me they won't be there at 9am as was agreed over a week earlier. Totally unprofessional don't be fooled by the positive reviews they will leave you high and dry.

Smink Electric is top notch and I highly recommend them. Nick and Chris did a great job wiring my basement outlets and can lights so basement can be finished. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did more than expected. After being burned by the last joke of an electrical company, it was refreshing to discover good people and a good company still exist. Call them for your electrcial needs.

I had recess lighting installed in my bathroom. I was very happy with the installation by Nick and Chris. They were very professional and courteous. I plan on using Smink Electric for all my household electrical needs.

Greg came out Thursday and had his guys, Nick, Chris and Matt install new lighting over our kitchen peninsula on Friday. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Great job guys!
