Prior to Christmas we searched SEVERAL jewelry stores in hunt for a gold chain. We ended our search where it started- Dunkin’s. By far the MOST superior quality with the particular chain we bought!nI returned to Dunkin’s at a later date with a child’s necklace issue. Karl was more than kind and courteous! He took care of our issue within minutes! EVERYONE is always very welcoming. Thank you!

Karl the General manager is always helpful. I always ask for him. He helps me every time with impeccable service. An wont settle until it’s what I want an wont sell me something that is more than what I ask for just to make a sale. Always points me to the best quality for my money an is an all around good person!!

I was blown away by Dunkin’s Diamonds customer service. After needing a repair of my ring, they quickly helped me, went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for better service and repair. My ring looks brand new again. Almost impossible to find service like Dunkin’s today, highly recommend!

Dunkin’s is your best bet for unbeatable selection and prices! Personal and attentive service-Karl is the greatest! Quick turnaround on jewelry sizing. My wedding band mysteriously shrunk during the pandemic so I took it back to be sized. Within a week I have it back AND the two stacker rings I fell in love with! There was one in-store so Karl assured me he would make sure the color on the ordered ring matched what he had, then got them sized properly. Definitely a customer for life!
