I always love my experience at this BP Duchess. They have a variety of items in the store. They have chips, hot dogs, popcorn, dental floss, toothpaste, aspirins, ibuprofen, red bull, Pepsi and Coke products, Powerade, milk, donuts, and so much more.They have male and female restrooms. The prices are always reasonable.
BP is my favorite gas station out of all the ones I could go to. With this one however its like playing a game of Russian Roulette. One day you could go in and get a nice employee. On another day you could get one that is aloof or even downright rude. I went about 2 weeks ago and was walking out behind an employee. She opened the door and did not hold it open for me when I was right behind her. Adding insult to injury she looked at me acknowledging me but not saying sorry or anything else. I couldn't believe the audacity. I don't expect 5 star service at a gas station but a little human decency from the employees would be great.
Jeremiah was our cashier its 11:46pm and this shop is supposed to be open 24hours. Screams at the people in the store to hurry up and cash out because they are closing. Last I checked hours haven't changed and nothing had been posted. Needless to say I wont be back here.
