I like them. I’ve used them in the past. This time I have to use their competitor. My breaker for mynHot tub has blown (it’s middle of November and has been in freezing temperatures) and they can’t get to my house for 4-6 weeks to look at it. The fact they have so much business shows they do good work but 4-6 weeks to fix my breaker (and any underlying issue) in freezing months I feel is unacceptable. I’ll continue to use their services as needed unless their competitor steals me away.
