If your looking to buy a used vehicle from this dealership I’d highly recommend you to look else where this place is a joke! I bought two cars from them 2014 Dodge Charger and a 2010 ram 1500 I ended up selling them back the charger after 8 months of ownership dude to it constantly having issues. And now the ram I bought from them is having issues and I haven’t even owned it for a month. The customer service is absolutely terrible and at some point down right disrespectful.
I would like to say that my experience with Josh Lane was one of the best encounters I've had at a car lot. Josh is very courteous and friendly. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. A true car buying experience. Very personable. Thank you for making my experience a good one.
Salesperson acted so disinterested in our business. We were interested in a used Town and Country van. We ended up going down the street and buying a Hyundai Santa Fe. We will never go to Tri County again. We had bought 2 new vehicles there.

Issue with brakes less than 30 days of purchase. no help. understand as-is, but come on.nnDropping to 1 star: Been over 30 days, no title. Have called and left a voicemail, been over a week, no call back. Called today. Left another voicemail with the title person and a physical message with operator.
