Kristen was a wonderful!! She was super patient with all my questions and last minute changes, even made a park change for us while we were on our trip, forever grateful!! Kristen was incredible to work with! What I thought would be an overwhelming task (booking a family trip for six people) was actually a breeze, with the help of Kristen and her expertise. From scheduling airfare from multiple cities, to booking transportation to the resort, to thorough descriptions of what to expect from the resort when there, she made sure we were all fully prepared and ready to relax.
