Our refrigerator, which we bought elsewhere 14 years ago, broke down in the middle of the summer. In desperation, I called Forest on the off-chance that they could repair it. I got a call back -- on a Sunday, no less -- that he'd be at my house in an hour. He came, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and replaced the broken fan motor that was the culprit. I've never experienced such quick and responsive service, especially from a company with whom I had no prior relationship.
THIS is why we “shop local”. We are having granite countertops put in along with a new stovetop that we purchased at Forest. I had scheduled John to come out and remove our old stovetop, thinking that it would be a quick turn around with the granite installation. But the granite slab was cracked so we had to wait for a new order. We were without a stove top and I was just going to deal with no stove top for several days. I left a message with Tammi at Forest, to let John know we would have to wait several days before he would have to come back. Out of the blue, he called and said we simply couldn’t go without a stovetop. He came by and rigged the old stovetop with a piece of plywood and connected the gas, so we could cook! He will come back to install the newnstovetop once the granite is in.nnHe went above and beyond. This is an amazing establishment and we will continue to use them for all of our appliances.
Thank you to Mr. Forest and his team. Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one right away. Called Mr. Forest and he had just what we needed. It was delivered and installed exactly when he said they would be here. My mother always got her appliances from Forest. We will too.
We purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer from Forest Appliance. They delivered and installed the appliances with friendly and courteous service. Very happy we went with Forest over the big box stores.
