Yuck. Poor customer service, and bad experience. It's VERY obvious that the employees are on commission. I realize it's hard to find good employees in an industry like this and during the pandemic but they can do better than this. To me, customer service is everything when I'm buying something like jewelry. I won't be coming back here.

Took my wife here to buy a bracelet. She asked a staff member the most popular and what she recommends. She straight up said sorry can't help you there. Then, the manager Amy came over to help. My wife and I have never experienced such a horrible experience. It felt like we were at a bank applying for a mortgage. How much money we have? How we need to buy now? Very pushy and insincere. We both felt trapped. I hate to admit, but my wife had to fake a phone call to get us out of there. We went to Don Bausch and got taken care of. Will not return to Kays.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with what most reviewers are saying here. About the store and about the management. Incredible that I've had the same kind of poor experience with Amy, the store manager. She's very ingenuine and the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sure all the employees aren't as bad, but there's always a bad apple in a bunch. I literally could not wait to get out of this store.

Great customer service . They take the time to understand what I’m looking for and what I fancy . Also they take the time for my wedding ring inspections and other jewelry’s .nThank you !nJulieann DiPasqua

Unprofessional staff. The manager (blonde lady named Amy) is incredibly shady. You pay a huge premium for junk jewelry. They push credit applications on everyone. Used car salesman used to get a bad rap, but I think junk jewelers take the cake these days.
