I always used to shop here. We’ve spent thousands of dollars here. My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding ring here. I sent away another ring to be sized larger and it broke within a few months. They kept arguing and arguing with me saying I couldn’t prove they were the ones that ruined it. Then, I wanted my Wedding bands sized smaller. They called and said one fell out and I had to pay to get it put back in. I paid over $100. I put it under a uv light on accident and found out that they replaced it with a junk diamond. Once again, couldn’t prove anything. It’s really annoying. I learned my lesson.

I went there the other day in a bit of a hurry. I have been looking for months for a nice purse that I would like and saw one in the window. One of the ladies who worked there grabbed it and let me check it out and then found the perfect wallet to match. I am very excited because I’ve been looking for the past 6 months. She also fixed my ring, because the diamond was falling out, and cleaned it for free. I am highly impressed and I am looking forward to shopping there again!
